Table Tennis

Table Tennis (also called ping pong) is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweigth ball back and forth using a table tennis bat. The games takes place on a hard table divided by a net. Except for the initial serve, players must alow a ball played toward them only one bounce on their side of the table and must return the ball within the rules. Play is fast and demands quick reactions. Spinning the ball alters is trajectory and limits an opponent's options, giving the hitter a great advantage. When doing so the hitter has a good chance of scoring if the spin is successful.

In the Province of Herrera, Panama, specifically in the City of Chitre, there is a table tennis club. Located in 20-30 Club Arena, which provide opportunities to develop skills stop athletes.

They offer classes through national and international specialized and experienced instructors.

The workouts range from lowest to highest category. Periodically conduct national and international tournaments.
